BITVERSE COMMUNITY SPOTLIGHT

We want to highlight the incredible community that has helped form the Bitverse since Day 1.

It has been very inspiring to see everyone in this community come together and support each other; from volunteering in community events to maintaining the Bit Heroes Quest Wiki, everyone who loves the Bitverse has done their part to make a difference. We are so grateful to have such a supportive and compassionate group of people. Keep up the great work, everyone!

In the Bitverse community you can find members who contribute in many different ways: gamers, web3 enthusiasts, moderators, super moderators, content creators, and much more. They all help the community stay active and healthy.

Today’s spotlight is on Aloera, ChooseyGoblin, and Shawnbond, as they describe their role in the community in their own words.

“I first started playing Bit Heroes in May 2017 at the time of its mobile release, and one of the things that kept me playing all these years has been the community. As time has gone on, I have taken on multiple hats to wear in support of this community.

As an in-game Mod, I try to keep the chat a safe and welcoming place for new and long-time players. If you’re reading this as a newer player or someone who hasn’t hopped into the in-game chat, I welcome you to join us! I may also throw glitter and try to engage with other players to have fun with various English-language world chats.

In Discord as a SuperMod, I support players by helping with questions, clarifying suggestions or feedback, and directing bug reports or complaints. While supporting the community in the above two capacities, my role as a Knight in the Round Table is ever-present. I am watching conversations, listening to grumbles, and trying to support activities to engage the player base.

As a Knight, I am a voice for players sharing recurrent issues they are experiencing and supporting the need for resolution with facts and information rather than torches and pitchforks. I am often a squeaky wheel, pushing for resolution. In all of these roles, I am still a player and a big fan of the game and its community.”

“As a Knight and Moderator in the community, my role is multifaceted. First and foremost, I strive to uphold the values of the community — promoting inclusivity, respect, and productive discussions among its members.

I actively monitor the community chats and forums, ensuring that conversations remain constructive and that any violations of community guidelines are addressed appropriately. Additionally, I assist users by answering questions, providing guidance, and resolving conflicts to foster a positive and supportive environment. Through my dedication to maintaining peace and facilitating meaningful interactions, I aim to contribute to the overall growth and well-being of the community.”

“I am Chooseygoblin. I have been a member of the Bit Heroes Quest community for 6 years. I was elected into the Council during the first elections.

Furthermore, I’ve been streaming BHQ (Bit Heroes Quest) on Twitch for 4 years. Currently, I run a top 5 guild ([lolz] Leagueoflegendz) as a shadow leader, and am a member of the Round Table.

You may wonder what Round Table does.

Our goal is simple: work together to help define the future of Bit Heroes and The Bitverse.
